Carrefour Voyages wanted to introduce its travel arm to Belgium, where shoppers knew Carrefour only for groceries and electronics. I joined the team to help translate a household retail name into a trusted travel brand that speaks to Belgian holiday habits.

↳ 𝗠𝗮𝗿𝗸𝗲𝘁 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗮𝘂𝗱𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲 𝗿𝗲𝘀𝗲𝗮𝗿𝗰𝗵 – compared French and Belgian booking patterns, analysed competitors, and pinpointed the themes Belgian travellers care about most.
